Nil is the Managing Partner of the firm. He joined the firm in July 2009 on its formation. At the beginning of his career, he started as a Manager in Fraud Risk Management at Standard Chartered Bank India managing fraud and control risk of consumer banking, in North India. He worked as Team Leader JRA & Associates New Delhi before his stint at Standard Chartered handling Multinational Clients in the field of Risk and Transaction Advisory.

Nil has a vast experience in the field of Audit, Risk Advisory, Merger & Acquisition Advisory, and Tax Advisory. He has been working as the Local Partner for Big 4 Accounting Firms in Nepal. A Fellow Chartered Accountant by profession, Nil holds membership of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nepal (ICAN) as well as of ICAI India. He topped Chartered Accountancy Membership Exam held on May 2009 by ICAN. Nil also holds M.Phil in Finance from Tribhuvan University, Nepal. He is currently pursuing Ph.D. in Financial Economics from Tribhuvan University. Nil Further has passed Information System Audit Diploma Course from the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nepal. Nil serves as a Member of the Editorial Committee of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nepal from the Year 2015.

Nil is the Vice President of The Institute of Chartered Accountant of Nepal (ICAN) from May 2024 to present and he has been appointed by the Nepal Government, Ministry of Finance as the Expert Board Member of the Securities Board of Nepal for 3 Years term from 2016 to 2019. Nil chairs the board of various organizations in Nepal. Further Nil has been serving as a member of the Committee for Risk Profiling of Insurance Companies appointed by the Insurance Board. Nil has also served as the Coordinator of the Committee for Development of Nawalparasi District of Nepal.

Durga started his career as Team Leader at Mehra Goel & Company (A leading CA firm in New Delhi). Durga has a vast experience in the field of Audit, Assurance & Tax Advisory. Durga also has vast experience in Working in the Manufacturing Sector, Working in an ERP Environment, and also compliance with Corporate Laws.

Durga has acted as a member of Consulting Committe in Family Planning Association of Nepal (FPAN) for 2016 & 2017. He is the Member of Accounting Standrads Board Government of Nepal fro 24 December 2024 to present.

A Chartered Accountant by profession, Mr. Durga holds a Chartered Accountant degree from the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India. Durga also holds M.Com Degree from IGNOU.
